Long story short:

For the people who haven't read the main fanfic, Brainy and Chablis got separated because Brainy had to stay on planet Earth while Chablis had to return to her home land, Theolodopia, which was on another universe.

Chablis danced airily in the heart of the forest. She suddenly stumbled upon her feet. Her butt and palms felt sore from the fall. She sighed.

Her white dress was dirty now but she wouldn't cry about that. It was too unreasonable.

I miss you
Miss you so bad

She started to sing a sad song.

At this point, Chablis' voice broke. She sobbed in her hands.. She sobbed in the heart of the forest..

"Chablis," a voice called. "Here I am." Chablis looked up with tear-stained eyes. There he stood with smiled. "B-brainy?" She stuttered. Her tone was a mixture of hope and despair. He laughed merrily then dived into the sea of trees with emerald leaves. Chablis obliquely followed him.

Every time it seemed she would finally catch him, he would duck and then run faster and further. Still, Chablis was determined.

She ended up near a river. There wasn't a trace of Brainiac anywhere. The youth approached the water and sat beside it. She glimpsed at her at the river and saw Brainiac smiling where her reflection should have been.

"The Water of Wishes," She stated. She must have really wanted to see him… More than she realized. She reached out for him with a bit of hope but then the water crippled.. along with him.

"Oh Brainy.." She sobbed. Tears ran and dropped at the river. "Why couldn't I just be with you? That's all I want. Everything I want." These words escaped her lips. "Why can't being with you be as easy when I chased you earlier?" She stood up then walked away.

Brainiac's image remained in the water. "No, Chablis, Come back." He pleaded. His eyes meant sorrow. "Please don't go.. Don't.." But the girl was out of earshot. The reflection stated to fade.

"I miss you.."
