"Just A Game"

A new science fair was coming up in the junior high-school. Mandark was surely to win, he made a bet with someone, or.. some pony. That's right. Mandark made a bet with a Pony. A little while ago, probably a month or two, he made a portal to his favorite place;Equestria. Mandark was also,secretly, a brony. He didn't want the little gnome to make fun of him. His favorite pony and princess was the Princess of the night or darkness,Princess Luna. He felt he was just like her,expect they were in two different worlds.
Princess Luna, curious of the strange,random, opening she went inside the portal,and she was inside Mandark's dream. Mandark was dreaming that he was destroying Dexter's lab. "Ahahaha! Hahahahaha!" Luna flew around the messy lab, wondering, What in Equestria is going on? Then,she realized that she wasn't in Equestria anymore. She was in a dream of a strange creature. Mandark then saw her, he gasped,then, he ran at her. He kneels, and says: "Your Majesty.." Luna looked at the strange creature. "Thy,is you a nice, strange,new creature, who thy might be,Stranger?" Mandark rose up to the alicorn and pointed to himself. "I,am a human,your majesty. A creature that doesn't exist in your world."
"I have heard of thy species,I heard them all the time from a musical unicorn named Lyra. I never thought thy species were real, but now I see one in thy eyes, and now believe." Luna said, looking at the black-haired teen. "What are thy doing in thy dream?" Luna looked around the filthy lab. "Well... I'm destroying my rival's laboratory." "Why is thy rival your rival?" "Dexter is my rival in science, we been neck-and-neck since we first met each other. He defeats me, I try to defeat him, and it never works! The only thing I like about him is his older sister,Deeedeee..." Mandark soon got hearts in his eyes, and smiled. "Shes the most beautiful girl in the world... but she keeps rejecting me.. sigh.. Only a dream.." Mandark suddenly looked down. He really wanted a human named 'Deedee'.
"Have thy ever thought that this.. um.. 'Deedee' isn't the best for thy?" Mandark sighed. "I do.. Maybe I do need to let her go. Maybe,it's for the best." Luna smiled. "I'm glad thy is moving on now,what is on thy mind now?" "Well, it's about the upcoming science fair, and I'm totally going to beat him!" Luna raised an eyebrow,then she thought for a moment. "How about thy make a bet? If thy wins, I will give you a free tour of Equestria, But, if thy loses you have to play video games with me!" Mandark grinned. "Deal!" Then, they shook on it.
Mandark waited for the judges to decide who's invention was the best. Mandark was praying it was his. One of the judges came up to the microphone and said: "And the winner is... Dexter!" Dexter laughed happily and ran up the stage to get his prize. Mandark sighed and got up and left the auditorium. He had to play Video games with Luna. Luna noticed the sullen look Mandark had as he came back to his house that evening. "I'm guessing thy didn't win?" Luna said. "Nope." Mandark sat with Luna, playing Call of Duty: Black Ops. "So, you have to guide me through this, I never played this game before."
"Basically, thy has to kill the other team and keep surviving. It's easy." Mandark picked up the controller and started to move on the screen and started to shoot at people. "No,No! Those are your teammates!" Luna said. "Oh." Mandark said. After that, he rage quit. "This game is terrible! Why would anyone like this?" Mandark turned of his controller. "It's just a game. No need to get mad about it." Luna said, reassuring him. "You're right. No need to get mad at something so small as this."
