"I can't get it! Why do I need to know this anyway?!" I shouted, throwing my math book along with my government notebook across the room. Alfred winced in sympathy for the objects and looked back at me. I had tears dripping down my nose and cheeks.

"_, it's okay," he said, trying to reach out for me. I shook my head and wiped my eyes furiously.

"No it's not! I'm so stupid! I can't get the math problems and I'm the only person who can't understand the government crap!" I turned on my heel and ran down the hall to my room.

"_!" I ignored Alfred and hurried into my room, slamming my door behind me. I jumped onto my bed and buried my face in my pillows. Alfred was trying to tutor me in math and AP government because I didn't understand anything and was failing miserably. We were doing logarithms and jurisdiction. I just couldn't get it into my head. It was so frustrating and I was stressing out big time. I was hopeless and I didn't want to take either class at the moment.

"_," I heard Alfred call softly. I turned onto my side and took a shaky breath.

"G-go away!" I yelled. I grabbed my teddy bear and hugged it close. "J-just go!" I heard my door open and I looked up. Alfred stood there looking at me with those big blue eyes.

"_(n/n)_," he said, walking towards me. I turned and cried into my pillows. I felt the bed sink where Alfred sat down. His large hand rubbed soothing circles on my back as I shook. "Hun." I sniffled and pulled back. I looked at him.

"What" I muttered, sitting up and rubbing my palm across my eyes and cheeks. Alfred grabbed my chin and made me look at him. I opened my mouth to question him but didn't get the chance. His mouth was covering mine and his tongue was already making its way past my lips. I groaned against him and wrapped my arms around his neck. He pushed me back against the bed and I pulled back gasping.

"What was that for?" I asked, running my fingers through his soft hair. He grinned down at me and straightened his glasses.

"You need a distraction. At least for the next five minutes," he replied, leaning down and kissing my jaw and throat. I giggled softly as he ran his hands along my sides.

"I say we give it ten at least, maybe fifteen," I said. He chuckled and looked at me.

"You're gonna get it _. I know you will," he told me. I nodded and sighed. "Hey now, don't think about it right now though. This is distraction time." He kissed me against, erasing all thoughts of the stupid logarithms and court cases.
