Bird In A Dress

This is a poem I made a few years ago. It kinda is a Japanese Mythology thing in the case of the bird faced child that is the center of this poem. I didn't really base it off of anything, I just thought of it one night in my bathroom... lol

Play with your dollies in your room,

Open the door to let in the Shrew.

Look, look down the hall,

Dark figures stand high and tall.

Scamper, scamper go now quickly,

Don't let them catch you, get away.

Running, running escaping their way,

Don't let them put you back in the bird cage.

Jump and fly, high in the sky,

Too late your caught, now say good-bye...
