Secret Admirer
Summary: Rachel has a secret admirer writing her mysterious love letters and sending her various items for Valentine's Day. Problem is she has no idea that it's from Puck. Believing it's Finn she asks him about it and he pretends he did it. What happens when she really finds out who sends her the gifts?

Chapter 1
It's Valentines Dat at McKinley High School for the students.
It seems that love is in the air, but in Sue's case hate of the dreaded day called Valentine's Day.
Ever since Sue Sylvester was a child she never ever recieved any gifts or Valentines from anybody for Valentine's Day. Since she was always Valentine-less she loathed the holiday and would do absolutely anything to ruin the holiday for anybody else. She always personally thought it was completely and utterly pointless to give meaningless Valentines to people.
Before the school even opened up Puck managed to break in so he could place a few things into Rachel's locker.
Glad that no one was in the hall he walked over to Rachel's locker and picked at it with his nail file.
He neatly folded the letter he wrote to her in his hands, then gently placed it inside Rachel's locker. He then took the box of candy and put it underneath the teddy bear wanting to place it all in nice and neat, knowing that Rachel was a very organized person.
When he was finished with that, he quickly slammed her locker shut and ran out of the hallway.
Later...
Just as the bell rang Rachel Berry walked into the halls of McKinley High.
She ambled over to her locker and quickly opened her locker not wanting to be late for class.
As soon as she opened her locker she discovered a box of chocolates and a Pink teddy bear.
Curious as to who wrote the letter she opened it to read the contents of it.
Dear Rachel,
I wrote this letter because I've been dying to tell you how I really feel about you. And please forgive me for how crappy I am at this. I am no good with words. Especially when it comes to love. But anyways for 2 whole years I have been in love with you but I don't know how you feel about me so this is why I haven't said anything until now. I really hope you enjoy the chocolates and the bear I bought you. I got your favorite kind of chocolates, dark chocolates. I know how much you adore them. Well I really have nothing else to so Happy Valentines Day.

Rachel looked bewildered longing to know who had sent these things to her.
Noah "Puck" Puckerman had just entered into school at that moment wanting to see Rachel's reaction to his gifts.
He smiled as he noticed a smile form on her lips.
He walked into Mr. Schue's class not wanting to be late to class.
Rachel folded up the letter and took the box of chocolates and Teddy Bear with her, wanting to show it off to everybody.
She also walked into Mr. Schue's Spanish class just as the bell rang.
As Mr. Schue was writing on the board, Puck looked obver at Rachel seeing that she had the bear with her.
"Cute bear." Puck said to Rachel.
"Thanks Noah." Rachel replied smiling. "I really wish I knew who sent it though."
"Rachel Berry has a secret admirer. Interesting." Puck said pretending that it wasn't him.
"Whoever he is I'm pretty sure he's the one for me." Rachel gushed.
"I'm pretty sure whoever the guy is must be very lucky." Puck replied.
Rachel smiled at Noah.
Will Schuester had just finished writing a list of commonly used Spanish conjugations.
"Does anyone know what the word "regresar" means?" Mr. Schue asked his Spanish class.
Puck raised his hand to answer.
"Puck?" Mr. Schuester called his name.
"To go back." Puck replied.
"Very good." Mr. Schuester smiled at Puck.
Just when all was silent Sue decided to make an announcement via intercom.
"Hello students of McKinley. I just wanted to say Happy Sucky Day everyone. This day for many years of life has been stupid. I really don't see what the point is of giving meaningless Valentines and roses that wither within a few days. There's no need to give anybody "special" stuff for Valentines Day. You all are most likely not gonna end up with the person you are with now. So why bother? And this is just how Sue sees it. That is all." Sue Sylvester said into the intercom.
"Someone must have been Valentine-less when they were younger." Mr. Schue mumbled.
His class laughed at the joke he had just made.
As class ended Rachel made a stop at her locker wanting to drop some books off.
As soon as she opened it there was another letter waiting for her.
Dear Rachel,
You are so beautiful, so fair, and so lovely, if you were mine I'd shower you with gifts of gold.
Rachel smiled as she finished reading the note.
Later on...
School finally finished for the day and intramural clubs were just starting.
"So would anybody like to sing their song of choice for this week's lesson first?" Mr. Schue asked his Glee club.
"I would like to Mr. Schue." Puck volunteered.
"Alright, show us what you got." Mr. Schuester patting Puck on the shoulder.
Puck grabbed his guitar and said, "This song goes out to somebody very special to me."

When Puck was finished everyone applauded impressed by the song.
He looked Rachel in the eye and she smiled at him.
Rachel finally realized who got her the chocolates and the bear.
Finn.
The next day...
Rachel walks into the halls of McKinley High School.
As she heads over to her locker, Puck from across the hall is trying to catch up with her.
"Rachel, I need to talk to you. It's important." Puck said.
"What is it, Noah?" Rachel asked.
"Look, I've been holding back how I feel about you... But now I've been wanting to tell you that I lo..." Puck replied getting cut off by Finn.
"Hey Rachel." Finn said.
"Finn, I just wanted to tell you that I loved the chocolates and the bear you left me in my locker." Rachel replied.
Finn decided to play along and said, "I'm glad you liked them Rachel." Finn smiled.
Puck's mouth dropped open as Finn just took credit for what he just did. Puck suddenly stormed away, pissed at Finn for stealing the credit that was rightfully his.
Crestfallen, Puck decided to bury himself into his schoolwork, attempting to get Rachel off his mind.
Rachel realized that she needed to talk to Puck, forgetting that he was about to tell her something life changing.
She walked into the class he was in so she could talk to him.
"Noah, I'm sorry about earlier, I didn't let you finish what you were gonna say." Rachel said apologetically.
"It's not important anymore." Puck replied.
"Well you sure as hell made it sound like a life or death situation. I really want to know what you wanted to say. And now that I come to you to ask you're not gonna tell me shit?" Rachel said.
If Rachel was cussing at him he's pretty sure that meant she was mad.
"Why don't you just go back to your lover Finn? I know that you love him." Puck replied rudely.
"Fine. Forget you said anything. It probably was stupid and pointless anyways." Rachel said, walking out of the class, leaving him by his lonesome.
"Good." Puck mumbled.
Later on that day...
Rachel realized that her secret admirer wasn't Finn, it was Puck.
How could she have been so stupid to think that?
It was Puck this whole time and she thought it was Finn.
Everything began to add up.
She felt stupid for even thinking for one second it was Finn Hudson.
Rachel contemplated what she was going to do about this.
She decided to go to his house and tell him how she felt.
She just hoped he would forgive her.
She desperately needed to see Noah.
She ran to Puck's house to finally confess that she likes him back.
She rings the doorbell.
Puck answers the door.
"Rachel, why are you here?" Puck asked bewildered.
"Noah, I am so, so stupid! It was you this whole time, and I thought it was Finn. I'm sorry. Please just for..." Rachel rambled on until Puck shut her up by kissing her.
Rachel felt sparks as soon as Puck's lips touched hers.
"Rachel, your forgiven. And another thing I wanted to say is that I love you." Puck said finally for the first time.
"I love you too Noah." Rachel replied.
