This right here is my otp, it shall soon become your otp... And then this pairing will rule the world! Mwhahahahahahaha! I do indeed love this pairing.
New York waited in the airport for the flight from Atlanta to come in. Minutes passed as people emptied out of the gate, none of them even resembeling the blonde haired, green eyed belle. Minutes soon turned into hours, and no sign of her. No one knew where she was, not her brothers, not even her sassy gay friend,Kentucky. He was starting to get worried, even though he would never admit it...
The two had a severe love/hate relationship. They loved to hate each other and they hated to love each other, if that makes any sense. He loved the southern state with all his heart, but hated her with everything else.
Then he felt a vibrating in his pocket and looked at the caller id. It was West Virginia, he picked up.
"Do you know where Savannah is?" He asked the little girl immeadiately.
"Well...Momma's been in her room all day...She ain't coming out." West Viginia answered him, sounding worried.
"Do you know why? Is she hurt?" He questioned her fearing for the worst as he could've sworn he heard the little state facepalm.
"Momma was right, you are bad with calender stuff." She said as he racked his brain to remember what the day was...It was November 15th, nothing too bad happened on that day he guessed.
"Is she hurt?"
"Not physically..."
"Good, I'm coming. I should be there in a couple of hours." He said rushing to the ticket counter.
"Hurry Daddy..."
~Time Skip~
New York arrived at Georgia's remodeled plantation house just as the sun was setting. He knocked on the door, West Viginia answered it with a big tackle hug.
"Where is she?" He asked as West Virginia pointed up the stairs. He gently pulled the girl off, went up the stairs and knocked on the door to Georgia's room. No answer came.
"Georgia?" He asked knocking again as a note was slipped under the door with beautiful penmanship on it. 'Go away.' it said as he banged on the door.
"Dammit Savannah! Open this door right now or I'm breaking it down!" He shouted at the door.
"I'd like to see you try you goddamn Yankee!" She screached at him as he backed up in anger. He came all this way to see her, to make sure she was okay and she tells him to fuck off? She was being a bitch and he had to make sure she knew that. He kept his threat and kicked in the door. Low and behold there was Georgia, her hair a wild mess, green eyes wild, and a bandage. A bandage that tried desperately to hide her scar, the famous scar that stretched from her right wrist, to her face, to her heart, and then ending at her left hip. Sherman's March to the Sea.
He tackled her to the floor as she kicked, bit, punched, and scratched and held her tightly until she stopped fighting and was quietly sobbing into his chest. He leaned down to her scarred ear and started to whisper
"You're beau-"
"I'll kill you if you say that." She sniffled.
"Fine. You're the most hideous thing in the world. And yes that dress makes your ass look huge." He said with a straight face as she looked up at him horrified and hurt.
"W-why'd you say that?" She cried as he held her chin up.
"Because if I told the truth you'd kill me."
