Purple.

I own nothing, etc.

A little thing I thought of to add to Safe Deposit.

Rick strolled down the hall of the lab, bored out of his mind. Being stuck in an office all day drove him crazy; and he was thinking about Horatio's offer. He decided to bother Ryan as he processed evidence from a robbery.

He had a black bag on the table, and was logging other evidence before opening it.

"What do you want Stetler?" Ryan asked without looking up from his work.

"Nothing." Rick shrugged. Ryan looked up at him, wondering what he was up to. "What are you doing?"

"Logging evidence what does it look like? Are you evaluating me or something?"

"No."

"Then, get lost."

"Can't I watch?"

"Fine, but stay quiet."

"Alright." Rick said. Ryan pulled gloves on before opening the bag. Rick walked over and looked at the bundles of money inside.

"Back up-" Ryan said before a dye pack exploded in their faces, and all over their chests.

"Smooth," Rick said and wiped some of the purple off his face.

"Natalia brought it in." Ryan said.

"Uhh I got it in my mouth. I'm going to get this off my face before it stains."

"Good idea." Ryan nodded and they headed toward the showers. They passed a gaping Natalia and Calliegh.

"Great job Boa Vista," Rick smiled and clapped her on the back; resulting in a large purple handprint on her shirt.

"Stetler!" Natalia yelled and Calliegh just laughed. Rick passed Eric and casually touched him on the shoulder, wiping off more of the purple ink.

"You bastard," Eric growled and lunged at him. Rick jumped out of his way and ducked into the showers with Wolfe. He tossed his jacket off and pulled the ink soaked shirt and tie off. Ryan did the same and shimmied out of his pants. They stood under a stream of hot water; trying to rub the ink off of their faces and chests before it set in.

"They are going to kill you you know," Ryan said.

"I don't care." Rick said and rubbed his face.

"What are you doing here anyway?"

"I'm thinking of moving back to CSI."

"You should."

"You wouldn't mind?"

"I don't have anything against you."

"Hm." Rick hummed and examined himself in the mirror. "Damn it." The ink had managed to stay where it had landed. Meanwhile Ryan was looking over Rick's slender body. He appreciated his curves and muscle. Their eyes locked for a second and an awkward pause followed. "You've lost some weight." Stetler said.

"Yeah." Ryan nodded and avoided his eyes.

"You look good."

"Thanks... so do you."

"Even with purple spots?"

"Yes, even with purple spots." Ryan laughed.
