Author's Note: A little Emily/Serena story, because this fandom needs more stories of these two!

Crash,Boom,Bang

Crash:

That's how she met Serena, they accidentally bumped into each other at Runaway. Emily was still Miranda's first assistant and that day was worst than usual, so she was going to shout at the idiot that had made her spill Miranda's Starbucks, but the only thing that came to her mind when she saw the other woman was that she had to be a goddess. And it didn't help that the girl beamed at her before muttering an apology.

"It's okay; I can get another one." Emily said surprising herself. She was being kind?

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, don't worry .Are you new here?"

"It's my first day, is it that obvious?" It wasn't that obvious, Emily thought. The girl moved around with such confidence that you could think that the place was hers.

"No, it's just that I've never seen you here. I'm Emily, by the way."

"I'm Serena."

Boom:

When they first kissed, Emily thought she had heard her heart explode. They were having lunch at a nice restaurant near to work. Serena had insisted on it, and Emily had a soft spot for the Brazilian. They had become good friends; they talked about fashion, gossip...

Serena told her things about Brazil: the heat, the beaches, the cities, the people... It was in those moments when Emily realized the blonde was more than a model body and a model face; she loved her country and talked about it with such passion that Emily one day said to her she should have been a politician. Serena only chuckled shaking her head slightly.

It was during one of their talks when it happened.

"What happened to you today? Andrea walks in a little better dressed than usual and you can't stop looking at her?" Emily asked.

"Well, she looked good"

"And you had to say it aloud!"

"Are you jealous or it's only my imagination?" Serena asked leaning closer to Emily. By then, the redhead's pulse had incremented dangerously, and she was sure the other woman could hear it, because she was grinning widely.

"Of course n..." That's all she could manage to say before Serena crashed her lips against her own.

Bang

When Serena left her, it was like someone had shot her straight into the stomach. The blonde had only left a note. Only a fucking note. Emily should have burnt it a while ago, but she couldn't help but read it again and again. Because it was the only thing she left.

Dear Emily,

I know you hate it when people don't get straight to the point, so I'm going to say this bluntly. By the moment you read this note I'll probably be in a plane to Rio de Janeiro (If the flight is not delayed, you know how airlines are.).I've been offered a job as the president's image assistant and I couldn't refuse it. It seems you were right when you said I should have chosen politics.

Te quero,

Serena.
