ITFOTN and DIMV Poetry

Aubrey's Distress

Why did I leave you?

I knew she would come,

That she would adore each spill of blood

I came to late, it seems now.

Your hair is bedraggled,

Your body is cold and shivering,

Your life is waning.

I'd give the highest price for you,

But I have lost that already.

So as you lean against the tree,

Fighting through the pain

I wanted to tell you-

I love you.

Risika's Signs

Pearly white.

A jagged line across my blade

A foolish wound to get

A foolish fight to start

Golden black.

My firey mane

My last memory

My source of power

Darkness.

What I see

What I feel in my heart

What I am

My pearly white scar,

My golden black hair

The darkness, my darkness.

Symbol

The darkened rose

As black as the midnight sky

My dreaded mark
