Chapter 1
Freddie's POV
If anyone had told me six months that Carly Shay, MY Carly Shay would be coming back to me, I would have laughed in their face. I can't believe it, after senior year, I felt I had very little chance of seeing her for a long time, never mind having her with me in my arms kissing ME! I will remember that day forever. Supposedly Sam went after Gibby shortly after I had my little "run in" with Carly, and Gibby was as shocked as I was. Now I've heard rumors that they went way farther than Carly and I did, but that's for another day. Now it's six months later, and Carly and I have had the best times of our lives. We haven't crossed that invisible line yet, if your wondering. I sense Carly is waiting for something, but I still haven't figured out what yet. Anyway, back to what I was starting to say. It might sound weird or way too early, but I want to propose to Carly Shay! I could never survive without her in my life, I never have been able to. Those once-a-day phone calls were the only think keeping me alive and I'm not sure, but I think she feels the same. I bought the most perfect ring. 24 Karat gold with diamonds and rubies. She will LOVE it. I just still have that thought in the back of my head….What if she says no?
