March 19th, 1995
Dear Diary,
No one said that fighting a war was going to be easy. At least that's what I thought. But I think I'm going to have fun doing this,even though it's against my father's wishes. But I don't about him anymore. I'm doing this because I want to protect people. If only my mother was alive,she would understand. But my father won't listen to me,so I'm just going to have to do this on my own.

I'm not going to be shipped off to Earth right away. I have to wait for another day. I have to do some more test and that's about it. For some reason now I get the feeling I'm making a big mistake. But I'm fighting for peace. I have to put a stop to this. At least that's what I'm trying to do.
