Astoria Greengrass was a Hufflepuff, a 15 year old girl who snuck into the war to help fight Death Eaters. Draco Malfoy was the poster-child for Slytherin,at sixteen he became a Death Eater and he was seventeen when his world came crashing down. He hated everything she stood for. Problem is she was in love with him. And still is. Set four years after the war.

The first time Astoria Greengrass met Draco Malfoy she was six and he was eight. That was the day she fell in love.

Of course she didn't it then, thought it was just a crush. They were the best of friends, he was the only person in the world other than her father that she knew liked her more than his big sister Daphne, "She is too girly" he would always say.

Then one day her entire world came crashing down

'Greengrass, Astoria" Minerva McGonagall's voice rung through the Great Hall. I clumsily stumbled up only to see the entire school looking at me. I looked over to the Slytherin table Draco gave me a shaky yet oddly comforting smile and I felt butterflies erupt in my chest. I nervously sat down

I am sure he did. You are difficult you seem to have all the houses best traits in you.

I am sorry young Greengrass but that is the one place where you will be happy.

I winced

``Be careful though,not everyone will be as Loyal, but they will come around` the hat whispered as I left the stool and the house of yellow and black erupted in to cheers.

I managed to sneak a quick look at Draco who gave me a sneer and looked away. My heart broke a little, then I remembered what the hat said `They will come around`, my parents, Draco, my sister. Everyone.

From that day on everytime I saw Draco Malfoy, I was sad but hopeful. Never angry just disappointed , never hateful just hopelessly in love. Loyal like a true Hufflepuff.
