The Correct Term
"Pass me that towel." Hardison barely moved back in time to prevent being hit by the towel Parker gave to Eliot. He had been brushing his teeth when they had barged in claiming to not have enough time to wait.
"I don't know why Nate wouldn't let me book another room." He grumbled as he was pushed from either side in the hotels tiny bathroom.
"Because the three of you are being watched, Parker and I barely snuck in." Hardison had complained about the same thing last night and Eliot was ready to make him stuff a sock in it, literally.
"Exactly, I'm being watched so wouldn't there be less of a risk if you two weren't here?" He tried to accent the word with an arm gesture but ended up elbowing Eliot who let out an almost animalistic growl.
"We only did what we were told, if you don't like it take it up with Nate. Now give me that brush." Parker wasn't in a mood herself, especially not in this monkey suit Sophie insisted she wear for the next part of their con.
"I think I'll do that." He choked as he turned just in time to get a face full of Parkers hairspray. "You do realize I need to leave first but you've yet to let me get ready." Hardison would have left to do just that if Eliot wasn't blocking the door.
"Here" Eliot handed Hardison a bottle of mouth wash relishing in the offence that appeared on his face.
"Maybe you should take your own advice because I don't recall you cleaning that mouth as I did a meer 10 minutes ago." Happy with the mocking faces he had caused Eliot to make he turned to help Parker who was nearly falling into the tub trying to work the buckle on her heel.
"Where's my pony?" Eliot had one hand holding his hair at the base of his neck as he began tossing things on the counter with the other.
"Your what?" Hardison was confused as most of his shaving kit ended up on the floor during Eliots search.
"Dammit Hardison!"
"What did I do?" He still had no clue what Eliot was going on about.
"That's the only one I brought and I wouldn't have lost it if you would've stopped whinin'!"
"What the hell are you talking about, ...a pony? What does a horse have to do with your hair?"
"Here take mine." Parker passed the band from her wrist completely ignoring their bickering, it was an every day occurance and she was used to it by now.
"How is that a pony?" Hardison yelled at Eliot who left the room in search of his shoes. "You could have said hair thing! Maybe rubber band! How about elastic band! Hair tie, hell I even know what a bolita is but where does the damn pony come in at!"
"What is a bolita?" He turned to Parkers genuinely curious eyes.
That was it he was going to take this up with Nate.
E/N: This is me and my sisters all the time and when I said that to myself last night I could just imagine their expressions, so of course I had to have Eliot ask for his . I don't know if I'm the only one that says that but I know it made me laugh at myself for how random it was. Hope you enjoyed and I would love to know what you think!
