The world is flawed, says Steve. The war, it's pointless. The government can't stop it, or the recession. They are useless. I can fix it; it's the right thing to do. You could help me.

This isn't you, Steve, says Bucky. Just listen to yourself. You're not making any sense.

I'll give you one more chance, Buck. Only cause it's you.

No.

Bucky falls off the train.

Captain Rogers, says Zola. We found him. It may not be too late.

What is the point? He'll never see the truth.

There might be something we can do about that.

Bucky wakes up in a cell. He gets medical care, regular meals and no more persuasive speches from Steve. It seems that Steve's given up on recruiting him. He doesn't know if that is a good or a bad sign.

Steve is positively exhilarated when he visits him one day. Guess what Buck? Doctor Zola says he can fix you.

No, Bucky breathes out, horrified. Steve, no.

He's going to make you all better.

Bucky screams at Steve while the guards drag him away. He fights as they strap him into the chair.

Then the chair does its work.

They fix the world together.
