Summer of 2001

Summer of 2001 was the best vacation she ever had. She was able to spend time with her mom for the first time in months. She got to know Jesse a bit better, and chatted frequently with her old friend Ford. Jenny came by that summer too, and they ended up talking about Giles the whole time.

She was extremely happy, and believed the summer would never end. She knew everything was going to be alright. For once in her short life, she didn't have to worry. No vampires would have to bother her again.

Unfortunately, the summer abruptly ended.
