The boy opened his eyes. He got up and brushed off his shirt. He looked around. Though previously he was sitting on his couch in his warm, heated house, he was now in a deep, cold forest. What caught his eye was an old water tower with a muffin spray painted on it. He knew that it was supposed to be an explosion for he'd seen that muffin before. He walked around so the water tower turned 180 degrees. On the other side was the words: GRAVITY FALLS. He was then flooded with a bunch of emotions, but he simply took a deep breath and said, "Well, today's gonna be interesting."

It was a glomy day in Oregon. Leaves blew across the ground, not many people were outside, heck, the sun was too depressed to come out! Like the sun, Dipper too was depressed. It was an off day for him, which with all the monsters and paranormal activity in Gravity Falls, he hasn't really had one. Today he had really missed getting in on all the action, and since it was a glomy day, he kinda had a right to be depressed. All he could do was veg out on the chair and watch tv while stuffing his face with potato chips.
Almost immediately Mabel came running in with Waddles in her hands while Candy and Grenda trailed behind. "Oh, oh, Do the thing!" Grenda exclaimed loudly. Mabel held up Waddles and said, "Hello Madam's, care for a dance? I do a mean pig jig. Oink oink." In a fake british accent. They all bursted out laughing. Expect Dipper, who didn't really care if Waddles could talk british. "Mabel, could you please go somewhere else? I'm trying to watch something here." Mabel walked over to Dipper. "Bro bro you okay?" asked Mabel. Dipper responded saying, "Yeah I'm fine, why do you ask?" Mabel stood in front of him "Because you're watching a documentary on how they make tissues." Dipper shut off the tv and threw up his hands, "Fine, I'm not okay! What do I do?" "Maybe you can hang out with us" Mabel gestured to Candy and Grenda, who were now rubbing Waddles's tummy "Grenda knows how to do some mean face paint." Dipper stood up, "No, that's the reason I'm depressed! There's no guys my age that I can hang out with." That's when Mabel decided what to do. "I know! We can find you one!" Before Dipper could say anything, Mabel dragged him to the Gift Shop.
