Sea Of Frienship Ch1

Garu sat letting the sea breeze bounce his pigtails he breathed in the intoxicating scent of sea salt it was 9 o'clock at night.

Due to his training it was rare for him to get time by himself everyday was the same Train,Train,Train,Break,Train,Train,Train sometimes he got sick of this routine but to regain his family's honour he'd do anything.

His Train of thought was interupted by the sound of splashing followed by a giggle. His eyes snapped open and looked at the end of the wodden floored pier.

Slowly getting up from his seat he walked slowly along the wooden planked floor. The wood creaked under his feet as he reached the end Garu lookedinto the saphire water below till suddenly a head burst to the surface.

The sudden appearence made garu jump out of his skin he turned and ran a giggle caused him to skid to a hault Turning his head he once again walked back to the end of the peir.

Pearing over the edge to look again once again a head came to the surface more slowly this time. It giggled at him whatever it was he leaned in mre for a better look.

It was Female.

She had ebony hair which was in an odango hairstyle, rosy cheeks and squinted eyes other than that she was beautiful but what shocked him the most was that she had a red fish tail!

he couldn't believe it he was staring at the mythical creature called a mermaid.

The girl ducked under the water and swam closer and resurfaced and giggled cutely. Garu couldn't help but smile at her she was resting her cheek on the waters surface.

motioning his head for her follow he walked slowly along the edge she giggled again happily slowly swam along with him occasionly resurfacing making cute and happy noises to him. Garu stopped walking and got down on one knee the girl swam close to the edge and put her hand on it.

Garu put his hand on top of her wet hand the feeling sent shivers down his spine her hand was like ice but he couldn't blame her afterall she was a mermaid. The two locked eyes his chocolate brown ones met her cherry red ones the both began to lean in their lips about to touch when shrieking voice ruined the moment.

"Garu! hey Garu!"

Garu Jerked his head up to see his best friend Abyo on the other side of the peir "Garu What are you doing? Coome on its getting late we gotta go!"

Garu sighed and looked back at the beautiful mermaid in the water with an apologetic look then smiled and gave her a wave goodbye before running toward his friend. The girl whined sadly then smiled and giggled she ducked under the crystal blue water and swam further into the darkened waters.

She knew she'll meet him again
