Scene: The police have just been called to a junior dance at the Tipton. Zack, Cody and Bob brought a six-pack of beer to the dance that Bob swiped from his parents house. At the dance, Carey is getting ready to performance after and is wearing a black dress and matching strappy high heels. She has blonde hair again.
Cop one: (entering the hall as the lights turn on) Alright, stay where you are, everyone!
(The music stops and everyone is confused.)
Cop one: We have had a tipoff that alcohol has been brought to this dance.
(People murmur in the background obviously confused. Other police officers move in and surround the room. Bob and Zack try to his a can under a chair.)
Cop two: (spotting them) Well, this didn't take long. Stay there you two.
Moseby: I can't say I'm surprised.
(Carey looks shocked as she sees the three boys in trouble.)
Cop one: Where did you get this beer from, boys? Don't try to lie, it'll only make it worse for you.
(The boys stutter.)
Cop two: Was it supplied by the Tipton?
Moseby: (sternly) No! The Tipton doesn't even sell beer by the six-pack.
Cop one: So where is it from, boys?
Zack: Well...
Bob: Uh...
Cody: You see...
Cop one: As I said, do not try to lie to us.
(The boys pause.)
Cop one: Okay, boys, we need you to come with us please...
(Not being able to stand the thought of her boys being arrested, Carey moves in.)
Carey: Wait...
(The cops turn around.)
Carey: The beer is mine. I gave it to the boys. I take full responsibility.
Zack: What?
Cody: Mom?
Moseby: Carey?
Cop two: Ma'am, is this true?
Carey: Yes, it's true.
Cody: Wait!
Carey: Cody!
Cop one: (appearing behind Carey) Ma'am, hands behind your back please.
(The boys are stunned as Carey is handcuffed. We see a side-on shot of her putting her hands behind her back and being cuffed.
Cop two: What kind of mother would do something so irresponsible?
Carey: My reasons are my own.
Cop one: Your reasons could land you in prison. Let's go.
Zack: (as the officers lead Carey away) Mom, you don't have to do this.
Carey: Zack, I think it's best if you and Cody go back to the room.
(The boys look guilty as Carey is lead out of the hall.)
