"You've used the computer for so long now!"The older lady yelled, "You should let me use it now." The younger girl looked at her funny. "Not that long", she puffed "I only got on at 5:30". "No way, I came home at 5 and you were already on!"She stated walking out with the rubbish. The younger girl felt offended by her comment. She felt a huge fireball blowing inside of her and she didn't know why.
She ran out of her room and slammed the front door shut as her mother went out. The girl who felt no guilt ran back to her room. Outside she could hear her mother pulling the rubbish bin into the driveway. Closing her eyes she sat down at her desk.
While listening to the rattling from the outside she found herself not concentrating on her much needed maths homework. She kept over to the front door and opened it slightly.
Finally feeling safe she crawled back into her room and continued her work. After a few minutes passed her mother came barging into the room. While her mother screech and yelled at her the girl lost herself in her thoughts.
"WHAT KIND OF DAUGHTER LOCKS HER MOTHER OUTSIDE!"
'My kind'
"I DIDN'T EVEN YELL AT YOU!"
'I know'
"WHATS YOU'RE PROBLEM?"
'I'm sorry'
"SO NOW WHAT?"
'Please... Shut up'
"I SAY ONE THING AND YOU GO ALL MAD"
'I don't want to make you mad'
"GO ON IGNORE ME"
And with that she left the confused younger girl. Tears swelled up against her eyes but she refused to cry. Her emotions couldn't be contained. Inside her was a mix. She was angry no-one understood, sad because she couldn't think properly.
She snatched the pair of scissors form her pencil case and ran it over her wrist like a sharp knife. Tears were spilling down her cheeks but it wasn't from the pain of the bleeding cuts. She repeated this for about 5 times then stopped.
She couldn't let her mum see this. So she ran into the kitchen grabbed some bandages and stuck them to her cuts. Fleeing to her room she ran her fingers across the bandages.iShe couldn't feel the pain form the cuts until afterwards.
