The two embraced in a hug for around ten minutes while lily was sobbing, then they saw coming and quickly separated before she could see them, and immersed in a fake conversation:

When had passed the two burst out in laughter!
The embrace continued until in the dark corridors they saw 2 lean boys running towards them out of the gloom, they both drew their wands in unison.
"who's there?" they said together
