I'm one lucky president, I get to announce the 125 Hunger Games, the fifth Quarter Quell, almost fifty years since Katniss Was killed by the great president Coin.
"Anthony, your on in five." said the camera man.
"Ok." I responded coolly
Five minutes later I'm walking onto the stage. "Hello citizens of Panam and happy Hunger Games." I shout into the microphone. "I'm proud to announce the fifth Quarter Quell!" a cheer comes up from the crowd. "And for the fifth Quarter Quell as a reminder that the districts are completely reliant on the capital the only edible food will be ether from the supply backpacks or from sponsors! And may the odds be ever in your favor!"
