Rosalie gets drunk while on a date with Emmett. Don't Rose me", she giggled. "Rose is a flower and I'm a girl. What do we have in common?" A short lil' story with drunk humour.
"We're gonna dance the night away!" screamed a drunk Rosalie King as she clung onto her boyfriend's arm.
Emmett McCarty made a face. "Royce will kill me for getting you drunk", he muttered under his breath, thinking of Rosalie's older and much more intimidating brother. "And your bratty little sister Bella will go complaining to your parents."
"No she won't", laughed Rosalie. "She's got a boyfriend of her own and she's too busy with him to even notice what I'm up to these days."
"That Edward kid?"
"He's not a kid, Emmy. He's seventeen."
"I see. Well, Rose I think we better get home and by home, I mean you go to your house while I go to mine."
"Why?" whined the twenty year old woman. "I wanna spend the night with you."
"Uh huh", he replied. "Not while we're in Forks, my love."
The two of them went to college at NYU -New York University and were back at home to visit their family as it was summer break.
"Nooooo Emmy bear. Noooooo."
"Rose..."
"Don't Rose me", she giggled. "Rose is a flower and I'm a girl. What do we have in common?"
"You're both pretty", he said.
"Sooo lame!"
"Ughh. Let's just get you home, babe."
"Nopess. Daddy and Royce are probably waiting for me and when they see me like this-"
"They'll hang me from the ceiling fan", he finished her sentence.
"Yes", smiled Rosalie and a moment later, she frowned. "No, I like you, don't I? I don't want you dead."
"You should have thought that before you drank all that alcohol."
"Why didn't you stop me? Why McCarty, why?" she moaned. "You're such a meanie weenie."
"God", he sighed and rubbed his forehead. "What did I do to deserve this?"
"I dunno", said Rosalie in a sing-song voice. "Maybe I'm a princess and you're my prince."
Emmett grabbed her arms and walked her to his car, praying that his girlfriend's family wasn't going to be that angry.
