Author's Note: These poems were inspired by Alucard from Hellsing, but I am using them for my own character in a story I'm writing. Please review, I would love input.
Disclaimer: I don't own Alucard that joy belongs to Kohta Hirano and company. Hirano is also the one who came up with the term No-Life King (yes, it's just a phrase but I didn't create it, just covering all bases) I do however own thess poems in part and as a whole please don't use any of it without permission.
Vampiric Song
I have blood on my hands
Yet there is no remorse
No humane thoughts dwell within this hollow shell
A
sinful demon, am I?
A damned soul for all eternity
Forced
to wonder
Never to find peace
Death so near yet so far
Once
noble blood flowed within
Now tainted by the centuries drenched in blood
Never
knowing an end to my hunger
I feast on the pure and impure alike
A parasite to humanity
The true angel of death
A creature of lore
Yet am real to the touch
I delight in things forbidden to man
With my humanity lost
It's all rather entertaining
Never
stopping
Always looking for a great thrill
Stop me if you can
Within me dwells the most ancient of things
Immortal by human standards
Destined to transcend you all
Shackled by a human will
Forced to obey
They wish to tame me
But how can you tame the untamable?
The unbeatable?
Immune to most things
A true child of darkness
A No Life king
Forever
lost in shadow
Destined to wander aimlessly
For it is a vampiric song.
