How It All Began
Werewolves.
Some say they are a myth. A legend. Some say they exist, and live among people in secrecy.
The legend is true, but only the Kiryuin family knows of their existence. In this world lives two werewolves that have to hide their existence from everyone. They were Ryuko and Satsuki Kiryuin, daughters of Ragyo and Soichiro Kiryuin.
When Ryuko and Satsuki were born, the doctors found something odd about them. They were born with golden eyes, wolf-like ears and a tail, along with the abilities and attributes of a wolf.
The doctors ran some blood tests on Ragyo and Soichiro, and found out that Soichiro was half wolf. Soichiro, having lived all of his life without knowing this, was very stunned when he heard the news. Scientists began testing Soichiro physically and mentally to see what he, and his daughters, would be capable of. This also allowed them to see if he and his daughters would be a threat to mankind. If they were a threat to the human race, they would have to be exterminated.
Soichiro proved to be very powerful and appeared to have no weaknesses, but the scientists managed to find and took note of it. His one and only weakness: Silver
If Soichiro or his daughters lost control of their power one day, the silver would be used to kill them.
Unfortunately, Soichiro lost control during one of the experiments and had to be executed.
Ragyo was devastated and angry for what the scientists had done, but she was also afraid of the fate her two daughters shared with their father. She begged the scientists not to kill her only children. They were hesitant at first, but they agreed to keep them alive on one condition: They had to be taught how to control their abilities and hide their ears and tail. Until they had the ability to do so, they had to be isolated from other children their age. This would make them incapable of making friends and having a normal childhood.
But, it had to be done. For the safety of mankind, Ragyo, and her daughters.
