Cade and Terran were in the middle of a surprising battle. A battle they didn't expect nor prepare for.
Cade swung at the creature. It appeared to be a Szicor, but with a black color palette instead of crimson. Terran then shot at it with his bow, paying attention to the black Sythers surrounding them.
Enraged, the Szicor buzzed and broke its lock with Cade's blade, and rushed towards Terran.
"Cade, cover me." Terran commanded.
Cade then wielded his blade and blocked the Syther onslaught with his blade.
"Blazing Strike!"
Cade's sword was then engulfed in flames. He rapidly slashed the Sythers, disintegrating each one into shadow particles.
Terran was handling the battle against the Scizor well. He meleed with his bow, blocking the slashes. The Scizor then griped one side of the bow. Terran saw the opportunity and shot it in the chest with an ice arrow. The Scizor then froze in place, as Terran steped back.
"You want to take this one?" Terran asked.
"With pleasure." Cade responded.
Cade then took a running leap, diagonaly cutting it after spinning mid jump, causing the statue to break into a mess of ice and particles.
"Looks like our work is done here." Cade said.
Terran's tracker then went off. "Not yet, we still have one more job." He then sent out Kuro, his Charizard, and flew to the source.
Inside a dark dimension, Shadow Mewtwo awaits the latest general to fail. Shadow Scizor then materialized in front of him, and kneeled.
"Master!" Shadow Scizor said.
"Let me guess." Shadow Mewtwo said, telepathically. "So, you couldn't defeat two hunters. Luckily for you, I'll give you one more chance. Go find a town and lay waste to it. Do not fail me."
"Yes Master." Shadow Scizor said, promisingly.
"Master Darkrai shall be pleased."
