The pain was almost to much. Every inch of me shivered in pain as the shadows tighted around my petite body. I glanced at my crying friends. They wouldn't remeber me, I was useless.

Their sobs made my heart ache. D.C. had tears streaming from her eyes,
but made no move to wipe them away. Vanessa was on her knees, sobbing into her hands. Emily and Leah, my 2 dear little sisters, were holding each other as they cried.

I turned my near blank eyes toward them and gave them a small, sad smile.

"Dear friends, don't cry for me. By morning, you will have forgotten everything you've seen here today and return your normal lives. It's a shame that I won't be there to see the future.

"NO Lizzie! Stop talking like that! Your life is not over, your going to come back and be the happy 7th grader we all know and love!" D.C. cried out to me.

"D.C.'s right! Were not letting the shadows take you away!" Vanessa yelled looking up from her hands.

Emily and Leah said nothing aloud, but there eyes said it all.

I'm sorry, but I've already lost everything." I said softly.

I gasped in pain.

"Shane, mom, dad. I'm sorry, I've failed you complealy.

I felt a single tear roll down my cheek. I would never forgive myself for this.
I was leaving every one I love behide and giving up on life basicly.

It was at that momment that the pain became to much. I screamed in pain as the shadows pulled me away.

I turned to my friends for the last time and smiled another sad smile.

"Goodbye." I wispered and felt no more.
