-PAKE!

I looked at the spot where Pake disappeared. "A portal?..." I thought to myself. I advanced toward the spot my dog vanished and raised my hand, trying to find the so called "portal". I searched and searched until I saw my own hand turning invisible. I backed away, shocked. No, it wasn't invisible. it was gone. I pulled out my hand and there it was again. I tuck a deep breath and searched for all the courage I had in me. I tuck a step back and ran into the portal.

After an eternity, I finally woke up again. But everything was completely different. Instead of the cold winter, it was a warm summer. Everything looked cartoony-ish, even myself. I got up and saw Pake doing the same thing as me.

-Gosh, this is weird... I said.

-Tell me about it...

I looked at Pake, shocked and surprised. My own dog just talked! Pake was as surprised as me.

-I... I can talk! Oh my god! I have so much things to say! Like how the food you buy me SUCKS, I hate the collar I'm wearing, your mom should really clean my bowl once in a while...

Pake continued talking and talking and talking as I looked at him blankly.

-What... The bucket... Is HAPPENING?!

-I don't know, but this is SWEET!

-We should move. This is freaking me out too much. Let's just get the cluck out of this forest...

-Uh... I don't think those are trees...

-What?

-Yeah, taste it!

Pake literaly tuck a bite of one of the trees and ate it. I looked at him, disgusted.

-Don't worry, it taste like candy! He shouted, mouthful of "candy tree".

I snapped a branch off a tree and slowly chew on it. It tasted surprisingly good. I tuck another bite, then another, then another until there was none left.

-Ok, this has to be a dream of some sort.

-A good drew, that's for sure.

I tuck off his collar, now knowing he absolutely despise the colour, and started walking out of the candy forest. We were just about to step out of it when-

-Hey you!
