Finally Back

Summary- Clark's cousin April comes back from Metropolis University to stay for a few days Lex/April( hopefully) and please review with positive comments only please

Clark walked out onto the porch in the cool crisp night. He loved Fall but he loved his sister April even more. April was finally coming home for the few days she had off from Metropolis University. Clark hadn't seen April in a few months but it seemed like forever. April was supposed to be at the Kent Farm at 7 PM ,but here it was, 8:30 and no sign of her. She was probably caught in traffic, Clark thought , At least I hope she was. Clark took one last look at the end of the drive then turned around and went into the warm house.

Oh My God! I am so late! Mom and Pop are gonna kill me! April looked at the clock again and wished that time would go back to 6:30 so she could get home in time. She blinked and looked at the clock again and noticed that the green numbers hadn't changed at all. It had become really dark, really fast and April hated driving in the dark. For some reason she had a feeling that something was going to come out and jump on her windshield and scare her to death. She turned on her radio for a split second and then she looked up--- SPLAT-- she just hit something. Why Me? she thought. April got out of the car and tried to see what she hit, she was hoping that it wasn't dead and hoping it wouldn't attack her either. She saw a light out of the corner of her eye and noticed that it looked like car headlights. It took her a second to realize what was going to happen to her body if she didn't move, but it was too late. Her body hit the car with a thud and April slipped out of consciousness slowly but surely. The last thing April remembered before the pain consumed her was how much her parents were gonna beat her for being late.
