Naruto was a young boy, just the age of 8. He had grown up alone and hated by everyone which confused him mostly. He had gone all of his life hated by the people who were in his village. He was never allowed to play with the other kids and could not walk through the village without someone saying to him that he should leave and never return.
Winter had just finished and Naruto was walking though the empty village in the afternoon. It was still cold out so not a lot of people were crowding the streets. While he was walking and looking at the ground someone had walked up to him and pushed him to the ground. A lot of the people around him started laughing which made Naruto sad and angry. He had gotten up and ran back to his home that was giving to him about a year ago when he became the age of being able to take care of himself.
He was sick and tired of being beaten down by the people in the village for doing nothing. He wanted to changes things and prove to everyone that he was not weak. He opened the draw to his bed side table and pulls out an application to the ninja academy that was going on not far from his home. While he goes looking for a penial or pen there was a knock on his door. It was strange because he never gets visitors and if it was the hokage he would have just walked right in. There was a man there and he had the ninja uniform on, so he opened the door. "Who are you?...", asked Naruto. The strange man smiled and spoke softly, "My name is Iruka, and I am the instructor of the ninja academy."
Naruto was surprised that someone from the school was here at his house. "Why are you here Mr. Iruka?", he said confused. Iruke smiled and crouched down to Naruto. "I have been given the honor to allowing you into my class where you can train and learn to be a ninja.", he smiled as he said it. Naruto's jaw dropped and he smiled happily, this is the first nice thing that has ever happened in his life. "THANK YOU MR. IRUKA!", he said happily. Iruka laughs a bit happily as well before he speaks, "Well class starts in two days, see you then Naruto." He leaves after speaking, leaving the smiling child behind him.
