Time Stands Still

She was pacing. Back and forth she went, hands behind her back and eyes glued to the ground.

"So, we finished the movie." Tei commented as she made a turn and started for the other side of the room. "You got your sister to buy you the movie, what else are you waiting for?"

"The third one." Tigers reply as she turned and headed towards the other side of the room.

"That won't be out until December 17th." Tei informed her. "You've still 3 months to wait."

"And time is standing still, blocking me." Tigers snapped.

"Do you plan to pace like this until the time comes?" Tei raised a brow, turning and heading back towards the other end of the room. "Your soul suffers as long as you keep your mind on the matter."

"Yes," Was the reply. "And I will rejoice the day when it comes."

"Then what shall happen when you've watched all three?" Tei reasoned, causing Tigers to stop in her tracks. "What shall happen when there's nothing new left of the subject to keep you waiting?"

At this thought Tigers began to chew a nail, a habit done when she worries.

"Here." Tei walked over to the table, picking up a thick volume. "Keep yourself occupy with this."

N/A: Don't ask me why I uploaded this, or why I even typed it in the first place. The volume is the Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King book. The movie is the Lord of the Rings movie. This was written after I watched the second movie. The Two Towers was the one that my sister got me. Tei is the brain, and Tigers is the heart. They share the same body.
