Bullet Sister
"It needs to be removed; I can't heal over it and have a bullet stuck in my side," Castiel said painfully from his position on the ground.
"It's gonna hurt like a bitch if we try to dig it out," Dean said.
"I have an idea; I don't think it will hurt as much," Pepper said helpfully.
"What do you have in mind?"
She knelt beside Castiel, her touches gentle as she tugged at the angel's shirt that was slowly becoming stained with scarlet blood, exposing the bullet hole. Castiel uttered soft little sighs of pain, clenching and unclenching his hands. Dean was hovering around anxiously, eyes glittering with worry. Pepper needed space to work.
"Dean" Pepper said quietly.
He took the hint, and backed off a little; but he was still close enough if help was needed.
She lowered her head and sealed her lips over the wound, then began softly prodding with her tongue until she found the bullet, buried not too far down. Castiel whimpered quietly, and scrunched his eyes shut. Behind her, Dean made a strangled sound.
Once she had located it, she began to slowly suck, trying to draw out the bullet lodged there. Cas gasped softly, his eyes snapping open. Pepper placed her hands on either side of the wound to stay steady as the bullet was drawn closer to the surface, swirling her tongue to get rid of the excess blood that was being brought up by the pressure. She breathed in and out through her nose, tickling the tender skin around the wound.
She started sucking a little harder; she could feel the bullet coming closer. Castiel keened, half in pain and half in pleasure. Pepper paused in her work, and looked up at Dean. She made an apologetic face and continued on.
Dean just stood there with his mouth open.
At last, the blood-coated bullet emerged and slid into Pepper's mouth. She rocked back on her feet and stood up, spitting out the piece of metal onto her hand as she did so. Castiel shivered as the bullet was finally removed.
Dean cleared his throat and looked away, muttering his appreciation. Castiel looked down at the bullet hole which was now fully healed, and said, "Thankyou, that was unexpected."
