A Harry Potter/Legend of Dragoon Crossover
Chapter One: The Dragon Prophecy

The Black Serpent rears itself from the shadows, poised to encircle the world in its coils once more. The Eight Dragons will thus emerge from the light and slay the Black Serpent for good.
Dragon of Fire: as hot tempered as his element, yet still loyal and courageous in times of greatest need.
Dragon of Wind: inquisitive and wise, always moving in her quest to seek knowledge.
Dragon of Water: sister to the Dragon of Fire, bright and cheerful, wherever she dances she brings a rainbow of peace.
Dragon of Earth: brother of the Dragons of Fire and Water, he does battle with quaking mountains, yet never loses his inner mischievousness.
Dragon of Thunder: twin of the Dragon of Earth, he brings the force of the raging storm to bear, and always keeps his humor.
Dragon of Light: a charm to allure any man, and glows with a radiance that warms even the coldest heart.
Dragon of Darkness: Breaks free of her silver haired captor, seeks to redeem her black past.
The Holy Dragon: The leader, the King, son of the Flower and Stag that faced the Black Serpent in the past, must kill the Black Serpent or die at his hand in two years time.
Albus Dumbledore, Headmaster of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, lays the 2000 year old scroll down on his desk. His aged blue eyes show years of war and battle, and these eyes also show great pain, the pain of knowing of what trauma he must subject to those that he has come to consider his children. His gaze falls to his pet phoenix and long time companion, Fawkes.
"So it begins old friend," Dumbledore said in a very tired voice, "I had hoped to never to resort to these things, but if Harry is indeed the one to beat Voldemort, he and the others will need this power in order to stand a chance."
Dumbledore makes his way across his office and opens a secret compartment that no one, not even Dumbledore's most trusted confidantes know about. He produces a box bearing what appears to be a reptile's eye carved onto it. He opens the lid and reveals the contents, eight crystal spheres of varying color: grey, red, jade green, brownish gold, light blue, violet, dark blue, and silvery white, glowing slightly.
"The time of the Dragoons is almost upon us Fawkes," said Dumbledore in a hushed tone, "We must gather them quickly. They are the only ones who can save us now."
Author's Note: Hello HP fans! What did you think? Was it different and unlike anything you've ever seen before? I hope the answer to that is yes. I have seen plenty of Harry Potter/Yugioh crossovers, A few Harry Potter/Star Wars crossovers, and even A Harry Potter/Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Crossover. Now I have many of these stories and found all of them quite good and very creative, but I wanted to do something completely different. So I crossed over Harry Potter with my favorite Playstation game Legend of Dragoon. The main characters gain awesome winged armor and extremely devastating spells that make Avada Kedavra look like nothing. For any hardcore HP fan then you should know right away who most of the Dragoons are, but the ones that might not be so easy to recognize will truly surprise you.
