This Group has a Problem!

SUMMARY: Louis Agreste could not recall when in the course of time he had fallen in love with Emma. Emma Sterling was yet to realise that she had fallen for Louis Agreste. Samuel and Charlotte were a happy but not satisfied couple. Nathan Lahiffe had somehow found himself in a love triangle. Naomi Lahiffe wished that Mathew Kurtzberg would see her as more than a little sister. Felix Stone had finally found himself a girl, outside his group of course, who did not mind his broody behaviour but his friends got in the way. This tight knit group really had so many problems!

Chapter 1

"Why can't we just go to sleep?"

"Shut your eyes even once and I swear I'll drop warm wax on your face!"

"Like you scare me, tomboy!"

"Do you want to pick a fight, Agreste?"

"Oh! You are so on, Lahiffe"

"Shut it both of you!"

"You don't get in the middle Sammy!"

And amongst this chaos the door to Louis Agreste's room burst open suddenly and a panting Emma Sterling stood with her hands on her knees, trying to catch her breath.

"I am so sorry guys! The tutorials were a bit longer than expected. Thanks for waiting!" Emma sighed. The physics tutorials, lead by professor Agreste, were supposed to last 2 hours only but due to some idiot who had kept on asking silly question after another, the 2 hour time limit was extended to an extra half an hour. Oh! Those poor kids had to endure another 30 minutes of that wretched subject. And professor Agreste, ever ready to answer even the slightest of doubts, patiently explained every single one of them.

Now, upon the entry of the peacemaker of their little group, the chaos turned into happy blabbering and chattering about their day. Emma and Nathan were sitting on Louis' bed, Louis was sitting on the ground taking support of the bed with Naomi resting her stretched legs in his lap and Samuel and Charlotte sitting opposite to them. Most people went to outings with their group, most people went to the pool, most people even went to malls together but unlike most people, this group preferred to meet at homes. Their idle 'hanging out with friends' was in any one of their homes depending on whether family was home or not. They enjoyed it this way and rarely ever went out as en entire group.

This time too they weren't complete. Felix Stone had declined this time trying his best to sound polite while saying "I'm sorry that I have better things to do than meet y'all." Well as best as he could do as this is Felix we're talking about. He was never polite. Ever. But they learned to adjust anyways as he became a part of their group.

"OH MY GOD!! Guys look at this!"

While everyone looked at the picture of Felix and some girl in a cafe on Emma's phone, a sly smile made its way unto Naomi's face. A wicked idea formed in her head and she wasted no time in indulging others with this. At once the group rushed out of the house cackling loudly at the idea of ruining their friend's date. Meanwhile, Hugo Agreste wondered if his little brother's friends had gone from being mad to being crazy in one afternoon.

Felix Stone wondered what he had done to deserve such terrible friends as a bewildered Bridgette Cheng was pounded by questions from his friends. O, how he wished that his first date had gone without his friends crashing in! Nevertheless he was elated that he had scored a second date and that too he was asked by Bridgette herself! Well, he thought, his friends weren't that terrible after all!
