Church had lost his rifle. Yeah, it was dumb, and he knew that, but he lost it anyway. When he had told Tucker, the man had laughed his head off, and Tex had just shook her head sadly. He stopped in front of Caboose's room. Thinking about it, he never had gone in there. Looking in, he saw his rifle. What the Fuck was it doing there?! He ran in and grabbed it. He began to leave, but stopped. It was a sketch pad. On it was a drawing of him with his sniper rifle! That wasn't what surprised him though. It was the absolute detail on it. It was like standing in a mirror. He flipped through the pages and was in awe at what he found. There were pictures of Tex, Tucker, The Reds, everyone they had seen! Even Sheila! What really amazed him was the last picture.

It was the two teams, Tex included, in a kitchen, armor-less. He was with Tucker and Simmons drinking beer, and Tucker was pouring alcohol into Caboose's orange juice, while Caboose was staring at Donut in the doorway. Tex was leaning against the wall, smiling. Grif was asleep on the floor, Oreo in hand, and Sarge was "absentmindedly" aiming his shotgun at him. The weird thing is that they never took their armor off, sometimes even when sleeping.

'I guess this is Caboose's interpretation of us' Church thought.

"Church?" The cobalt soldier froze. He turned around, and saw Caboose standing behind him, head tilted to the side in confusion. "What are you doing in my room?"

"Looking for my sniper rifle," Church replied. "How did you learn to draw that amazing?" He asked. Caboose stood straight up and sighed, shoulders sagging.

"That was private," He told him. Church winced. "I was always able to draw pretty good. I'm not great at writing or fighting or talking, or even remembering, so drawing helped me put my thoughts into speech," Now it was Church's turn to be confused.

"How the hell does this help with that? It's a drawing!" He yelled back. Caboose stood there for a minute, as though pondering the question, then began to leave, turning around. Church smiled, thinking he had won the argument. Then Caboose said something that brought Church to a halt.

"A picture paints a thousand words,"
