D'Void saw the blue sky prior to a smile on his face. *It's good to be out of the Null Void. Nothing but the red sky and many rocks.
At least I found animals to control* he thought. D'Void turned to many Null Guardians. He wandered the streets of Washington, D.C.
*I will conquer the world later.*
D'Void paused near a familiar apartment. He saw a sign near the door. ''Dr. Animo,'' he muttered. He smiled at his original name.
After opening the door, D'Void walked into the apartment. The empty area caused him to frown. *My animals are gone* D'Void thought.
Memories returned. Memories of D'Void's ex-landlord known as Roger. D'Void scowled at the memory of Roger threatening to evict him a few years ago. Another memory replaced it. A flashback of Dr. Kelly standing near the Verities Award. The award D'Void desired long ago.
D'Void's eyes widened after he heard footsteps. He turned before he saw Roger. He and Roger gasped at the same time.
Roger stepped back the minute he saw the Null Guardians' fangs. ''Animo?'' he muttered. His big eyes were on D'Void's muscular arms,
clothes, etc.
''You almost evicted me,'' D'Void said as he scowled at Roger.
''Why are you here?'' Roger asked.
D'Void proceeded to smile another time. ''I was curious about my original home.'' He focused on Roger. ''Are you here to try to evict me again?''
Roger trembled when a Null Guardian snarled near his shoulder. ''No. I wandered before I saw you in the apartment.''
D'Void grinned at Roger. ''You are going to be evicted from this world.''
The ex-landlord gasped again. He ran after a few Null Guardians pursued him.
D'Void saw the rest of his Null Guardians. His grin was still on his face. He scratched a Null Guardian's stomach.
''Let's find Dr. Kelly, my pets. You must be hungry.''
