ONESHOT
Her hair bounced on her back as she strode briskly through Asgard's halls. Past the throne room and royal residences, past the loud banqueting hall where everyone was gathered except her love. Through the foreboding prison gates and down the dank halls went Sigyn, Goddess of Fidelity. She went to the deepest dungeons and found the man she was looking for in the deepest cell there. Loki. He looked at her with those clear green eyes. " I don't need help." he said, knowing full well what she was there to do.
" I don't care."
" Do you want to end up like me?"
" I want to end up WITH you."
" Then don't help."
" Then how will you get out?"
" I'll manage." They were close to each other now, right up against the bars. Loki looked away.
" Sigyn, leave me."
" No!"
" Yes! I can't have you hurt or your life ruined!" She tossed her hair.
" I'm letting you go. Teleporting you. Whatever you want to call it. Whether you want me to or not. Whether I'm with you or not." She turned her back on him.
" Sigyn..." No response.
" Listen to me." Silence.
" Darling..."
" Goodbye, Loki." Green light swirled around him and he vanished. Sigyn faced the empty cell. Her courage wavered, then collapsed and she did to; falling on the floor and crying her heart out.
