A Letter for Dean
For my beautiful Dean Winchester.
It's been a year since we became a couple, and you've made my human existence the most wonderful experience of my life. I know truly that my Fall was worth it if I get to spend almost every waking moment of it with you.
Just to have you nearby is enough to make me feel safe. Knowing that you're alive and you're alright makes my life so much easier. I feel loved and cherished when you're with me, and you're so willing to look after me…I can't tell you how much I love you, Dean.
When I feel your lips against mine my spine tingles and I become lost in you and only you. The problems we're facing outside disappear into nothing when we're together. When I feel your strong arms around me, warmth spreads through me like a winter fire. The way you hold me takes my breath away. I love the way you're so tender and caring with me, especially when we're alone.
The feeling of being connected to you, when we make love overpowers each and every one of my senses. The way you move against me, slowly and patiently, as we unleash our passion and love for each other sends my heart into a faster beat, until I can't breathe and I reach that beautiful sensation called release. When we make love I feel alive, safe and warm with you. I feel loved and appreciated. Your love for me sends me flying further than my wings could ever have taken me, and I want you to know I'll always love you.
When you take me in your arms and assure me we're going to be fine and that Lucifer won't win, I savour each word, each kiss and each caress as you try to calm me. I make sure I savour everything, Dean…because one day we might not be here to have one last kiss, or to hold each other or make love for the last time.
