This chapter is about the background info. on Etsuko Senju. Its short but I promise it'll get longer as it goes on.
Etsuko Senju, the great-grand daughter of the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, had long jet-black hair that covered her shoulder blades nicely and wore black shirt and shorts with a green hoodie to go with it. Her fringe was plaited to the back of her hair and was clipped with pin to hold it together. She was considered one of the best looking girls in her generation.
Etsuko was close friends with Hinata Hyuga in the Ninja Academy. She was then put into her squad soon after their graduation as Etsuko's squad members and leaders were assassinated by some rogue ninja on their way to a mission to weed the fields. Etsuko was the sole survivor as she had to return to the Leaf Village to notify the Hokage about the situation and send backup. By that time, the two reckless genins from her squad were already wounded badly, almost irrecognizable. Her sensei was no better than the others.
Etsuko was then transferred to Hinata's squad so that she could continue carrying out her duties as a shinobi. The transfer was meant to be temporary but due to the severity of the injuies of the two other genins, they figured they couldn't make the cut and gave up being a ninja altogether.
Etsuko graduated as the second top student in the ninja academy, and was strong in Water-style jutsus like her great-grandfather was. She could also detect the presence of other shinobi by placing her fingers on the ground to sense chakra. She lost to Sasuke Uchiha when it came to speed as she wasn't as delicate and fast as he was.
In class, she was friendly to the other students but the person she wanted to befriend the most was Shino Aburame. Etsuko had taken a liking to him as she felt that he was different from the other students. Not different like Naruto or Sasuke was but different in a way that she probably liked.
Now that she was on the same time with Hinata and Shino, she wanted to make the best of it, probably get closer to Shino and get to know him even better.
