Just as she was going to enter the portal she ran back and kissed Caspian. After they kiss, they embraced each other for a long time. She went back in front of the portal and entered. When she entered she heard people calling her name.
'Susan'
'Susan'
'Susan, wake up!'
EEEPPP!!
The deafening sound of the train whistle woke up Susan. She just dreamt about Caspian. She really can't get him out of her mind. Her hands automatically went to her lips. She can still remember the way Caspian kissed her.
'What an amazing kiss' she thought.
"Susan, are you alright," her little sister, Lucy, asked.
"Yes, you've been very occupied," Peter dropped his voice "since we've been back from Narnia.
"I'm alright .Just a bit tired and hungry," Susan lied.
"Well, okay if you say so," Lucy replied.
IN NARNIA…
Caspian is still looking at the portal. He hoped that Susan arrived safely. He can still smell Susan. The sweet, flowery smell of Susan. And he remembered the kiss. The wonderful kiss that Susan gave him.
Trumpkin approached him and said, "Your Majesty, it's time for us to go."
"Yes, of course, sorry to keep you waiting."
Repicheep is already at the Prince Caspian's horse and they rode back home. He turned to look at Caspian and said, "Your Majesty, you look utterly miserable."
"Well, I am miserable."
"Is it because of Queen Susan?
"How did you know that?"
"Everyone saw you and the Queen kiss. You love her."
"Yes, very much. I miss her already"
"Everyone is going to miss them."
"Let's not talk about her please. You're making me more miserable."
And they rode in silence.
BACK IN ENGLAND…
They arrived at boarding school. Susan was still acting like a zombie, in Edmund's opinion, anyway. Susan was still thinking about Caspian. She wanted to be near him again. She never felt this way before and it's driving her crazy. She went straight to the dormitory where no one is in there. She's asking herself 'How's he doing? Is he alright? Is he in good health?' When suddenly a hand grabbed her shoulder.
"Lucy!! Are you trying to kill me?"
"Sorry"
"SORRY?? You almost gave me a heart attack!!"
"I didn't mean to, Susan. Please forgive me."
"Oh alright. What do you want, Lu?
"Just wanna know if you're thinking about Prince Caspian."
"How did-"
"Please. It's written all over your face!"
"I can't stop thinking about him, Lu. And the kiss! What a sweet kiss! I never felt this way before Lu!! I want to be with him! I miss him already!"
Suddenly Susan started crying. Seeing Susan cried made Lucy a bit uncomfortable because she had never seen Susan cried. She went out and went to her room and took something out from her suitcase. She went back in Susan's room and gave it to her.
"What's this?"
"Well it may lessen your missing for Caspian. Open it."
"Where'd you get this Lucy? It's beautiful!"
It was a painting of Caspian. It was very nicely done…
"I asked Caspian if I could have it and he said yes. I really wanted to have it because I want it to be your birthday present but I figure you need it know. Well I'm going to leave you alone and get something to eat!" Lucy went out again.
Susan looked at it and touched the painting gently. It was very beautiful. It really looked like Caspian. She kissed it and put it on her night table. Then she whispered
"I'll Remember You"
