Okay, my first time posting on Tumblr. Hope it goes okay.

Prompt: Snippets of Rumplestiltskin and Belle's lives together. Some may be AU, other's not. Enjoy.

Rumple Gold gazed upon his betrothed; a red, squalling creature dressed in a large, lacy baptismal dress.

It was a cold day when Belle first kissed Rumplestiltskin's cheek. His cheeks were flushed, but not by the bitter winter wind.

She often made a mess of the library by taking down stacks of books.

As a teenager, Rumplestiltskin couldn't believe how…man-like Belle could be.

His shoulders felt much lighter and his smile came quicker now that Belle was back in his life and his arms again.

Curses were not meant to be broken.

He still needed a cane, despite everything turning out according to plan.

Belle's hair was hopelessly beyond help. It would have to go.

Night after night, Belle and Mr. Gold would stand at the boundary line, just watching the woods come alive.

They never found Bae or any trace of his being in Storybrooke.

Rumplestiltskin spun so much gold that he would make sheets out of them. A room in his castle was devoted to the golden sheets.

"I will never let you go again, Belle…never."

Emma Swan's first reaction upon learning that Mr. Gold was in love with Belle was "What the hell?"

Henry had known from the beginning that Mr. Gold was Rumplestiltskin and that Belle was his True Love.

Rumplestiltskin did not do any deals with anyone for some time after Belle's death.

Mr. Gold thought often of simply strangling Regina with his bare hands for what he'd done to Belle all those years.

Belle was fond of the Disney version of their love; Gold was most decidedly NOT.

The pain in his knee was unfamiliar after so many years without it.

Gold watched the other residents of Storybrooke for signs of distaste about his relationship with Belle.

"What…is…rumbelle?" Gold asked slowly. "Our ship name, apparently." Belle answered.

Bananas quickly became a fixture in the Gold home, as Belle took a delight to the yellow treat.

"Do you think that the queen will ever like Emma?" Belle pondered one spring day. "No, never, they will never be friends." Gold retorted quickly and surely.

Belle quickly leaped into Gold's arms, happy that he had come home to her.

Hershey kisses weren't the only kind of kisses shared in the Gold household.

"Won't you marry me tonight?"

The world looked so small to Belle on a map, but it was so much bigger than she could have ever hoped it would be.

Gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold, gold. Thoughts of Gold ran through Belle's head constantly as she sat in that asylum, and she had no idea why that word meant so much.

Belle often practiced writing her true name after years of disuse.

Gold hated the shade of grey that had formerly covered his entire body.

"Oh, great…more Disney; that didn't even happen to us."
