I feel like a substitute,
Sitting on the sideline,
Clicking every single finger,
Waiting for the right time.
I feel like a substitute,
Sitting pretty in my prime,
I'm about to play the game,
Guess I'm running out of time.
Jason raised his fist to knock on the Aphrodite cabin door, but he paused.
"What is she singing?" He muttered to himself.
Drew passed by and saw him look confused. Aha! Perfect time to wreack havoc on their perfect little relationship. After all, drama was the best stuff that ever happened in this stupid camp.
"I wouldn't go in if I were you." She said slyly.
"Why?" He asked clueless to the charmspeak infiltrating his brain. Don't double-check with anyone. My word is gold. Nothing else is necessary.
"She's been acting a little sad. You wouldn't want to upset her, right?" Why would I lie about my dear sibling?
"Oh, oh, okay then." He said, eyes out of focus.
Drew sashayed away, confident her work was done.
Jason stayed a while though. He listened extra hard at the door, trying to ignore the toxic reek of Justin Bieber perfume and mascara.
Only to feel like nobody,
I'm Miss Y am I here?
And the lights make me stronger,
The longer that you have to wait,
For the honour, the honour to be great.
Lingering charmspeak whispered to him like school girls gossiping.
She's probably upset with you. You know, with your old girlfriend, Reyna, still around, she probably feels like you're more into Reyna than her.
"I can't upset Piper! I really love her. I'll be extra careful and make sure Reyna takes the backseat." He declared, and marched off to his cabin.
Piper hummed as she soaped down her hair. Man, Marina had such good songs!
