A/N: This is my first fanfiction! In this story Alison is alive and is Red Coat. She has been locked up. Ezra has left with Maggie & Malcolm. Aria's parents are dead. Sorry it's so short! This is just an introduction, paragraphs will be longer in the future!

Jason DiLaurentis sat in the corner of the brew, sighing deeply before taking a long gulp of his coffee. He tried to avoid looking up, knowing the most eyes in the room were focused on him. The door swung open and Spencer Hastings wandered in, ordering her usual, she scanned the room for anyone she knew. She rolled her eyes as the attention turned to her but smiled as she spotted her half-brother. Paying for her coffee, she wandered over and sat opposite him and speaking very clearly she said, "Will they ever stop staring?" She turned her head and glared at the onlookers causing them to look away. Jason looked up and smiled in appreciation at her, "Hey Spence." Spencer sighed, "I thought I'd feel better once I knew that Red Coat was locked up, but knowing it was Alison makes it even worse." Jason bit his lip, "I can't believe she did that to you. I wish there was something I could do." Spencer shrugged, "Well you could talk to Aria. On top of the Alison thing, Ezra left her for Maggie and her parents dying in that car crash... She's broken." Jason frowned, he had always liked Aria but she had made it clear she didn't want to see him. "I don't think that's a good idea Spence..." He mumbled. "Oh," She whispered, her small smile falling into a frown, "I forgot about that." He shrugged, "Well it's getting late. I'm going home." He stood up, giving his sister a hug before leaving.

Jason arrived home, pulling his headphones out of his ears, he unlocked the door and wandered in. He pulled off his jacket and slung it over his shoulders, watching it land on the arm chair in the corner of the room. He dragged himself to the kitchen and opened the fridge, pulling out a plate of leftover pizza. He put it in the microwave and sat on the counter watching the seconds count down. As soon as the microwave beeped, Jason heard a knock at his door. He raised an eyebrow, wondering who it was. He hopped off the side of the counter and wandered over to the door. Opening the door, he stepped back in surprise- Aria was standing there, she was drenched from head to toe, her make-up had run and she was shivering. The tiny girl bit her lip, wrapping her arms around herself tightly in hopes to stop shivering. Jason stepped aside, allowing the girl to enter. When she did, he frowned, looking at her, "Aria? Why are you here?" He asked. As soon as the words slipped out of his mouth, Jason mentally slapped himself, "Sorry that was rude..." He muttered. She looked up at him, tears streaming down her face. "Mike has gone to live with our aunt but I had to stay here and I didn't want to be alone and as much as I love my friends I just needed guy company and I know I said I never wanted to see you again but I just needed you-" Jason interrupted her rambling by pulling her into a hug. "It's okay Aria, you can stay here a while." He muttered.

Aria crawled under the covers, pulling them over her face. She let the tears fall, no matter how hard she tried - she just couldn't be strong anymore. She was broken.
