It was a warm summer day in Herefordshire, England. Ying, Ash, Thermite, Jackal and Smoke were preparing for a training mission when Ash suddenly took Ying aside: "Hey, Siu, my friend, how are you doin'?" "What do you want?" Ying said with an annoyed tone. "Come on, why are you so harsh?" "I need to get my gear ready, out training starts in five minutes! Why am I even talking to you, you need to prepare your own stuff!" Ying was visibly anger. Why would Ash get on her nerves now, right before the training? Ash suddenly changed her expression from joy to seriousness: "I overheard a talk between Doc and Fuze." "And what?" Ying got slowly got more angered. "I heard that apparently you had a fight with him about the last mission in "Kafe Dostoyevsky". You were in disbelief that no hostages were injured, while Fuze pleaded for not being guilty even with witnesses covering him. But still, you kept screaming at him until suddenly… you started to hit him. But no, you didn't stop then. You hit him several times until Kapkan came to de escalate. What the hell were you thinking?!" Ash was furious. Fuze has been one of her closest friends since she joined Rainbow Six, especially after the Oregon massacre, and as one of his closest friends, she knew what Fuze has gone through, what he suffered. "That monster deserved it! He killed numerous of innocents and for what? For nothing! Their families are desperate, their relatives trusted us to save them but instead, that brute killed them unscrupulously!" Ash, even more furious now took Ying by the shoulders and pressed her against the wall until her bones crankeled. "ARGH." "Unscrupulously?! Are serious?! Do you even know what he suffered, what you made him do?! Before you joined Rainbow Six, every time when something like this happened, he went into his room and cried! Hours! Days! Sometimes even weeks! From the outside he might look like a tough guy but on the inside he has a fragile heart that dies a bit more every time he kills a hostage. After you joined Rainbow, everything got even worse. There were rumours going around that you instantly ran to Six after your first encounter with him, suggesting to kick him out of the team. After he heard that, he locked himself inside his room and cried. He didn't come out until Six promised not to kick him." Ying had tears in her eyes. She didn't know all of that. Now that she knew, she couldn't do else but cry.

"I.. I'm so sorry, I.. I didn't.." Ash let loose of her. "Since you know now, you might want to apologise to him, don't you think?" "Of.. course, I will.. instantly after we... get back." Ash was relieved. The fight between Fuze and Ying had finally come to an end and Ying might start to be a bit more gentle towards him. "Good. Now, I think our training is about to start, let's go, shall we?" Thermite suddenly called from the other side of the room "If your chit chat over there is finally over, could we then please start?" "Yes, we are coming." Ying and Ash said.

Hours passed by and finally, the training was over. Everyone was happy when they arrived back at the Rainbow Six Main Base and Ying quickly ran to Fuze and gave him a hug. "Brother, I'm so sorry what I've done to you, how I made you suffer. I didn't know what you had gone through before. Could you forgive me?" Fuze was a bit confused. But then… "Of course, at the of the day, we are on the same team, aren't we? Let's enjoy this moment a little bit more." "Yes, please." From that day on, every time Fuze had one of his "accidents", Ying comforted him to make him suffer a little less.
