My Nightmare
Prologue.
We've all seen those movies, where people hunt down their loved ones to save them from great peril, to maim the person or thing that had hurt them. Your praying to God that they are safe, that nothing bad has befallen them, and that, just like before, they are going to be ok.
My story, however, is tracking and killing the one person I found love with. I can't allow him to go into the world a monster, but I cannot bear to take him out of the world as one either. I hit a crossroads in my life, no road is easy, and every option would bring me pain.
But that's what you do for the one you love.
You fulfill your promise.
