His arms were wrapped around me and everything was right for that exact moment and it seemed nothing could go wrong. But somehow it did. Just when things were getting good Alice and Jasper came in forgetting that there was a do not disturb sign on our doorknob. God, they are such idiots, how do you not see that type of sign….
"Eeedwarrrd?" Alice asked in sheer disgust. I could feel Edward retract from me and by the look in his eyes things were going to get ugly, and fast.
"Alice, do you mind, can you not read my mind right now, I was pretty damn happy until you ruined it, Jesus, "Edward spat with disgust at their lack of common knowledge. I tried to calm him down with a cooling touch on his back but I think he even forgot I was in the same room as him.
