A/N: This is my first story so please reviews would be very nice to have so I can get better at writing. By the way this is like after they beat ExoGrimmon and all of that stuff. I was very bored and decided to write something for Digimon world Dawn/Dusk (Sunburst/Moonlight). Also please excuse any misspelled words because I really can't spell very well. Thank you.

Summary: Koh and Sayo are paired up on a union quest. But when an attack occurs, Sayo loses her memories. What does fate have in store for her?

xXx Koh xXx

Running through Sunshine city to meet with Chief Glare and I was once again late. This is really a bad habit that I need to take care of. Chief had said that he had a quest for me to do, and of course I accepted without a doubt in mind. But I was so busy with training my digimon that I lost track of time and now I was late.

Damn it!

As I rushed through the city I almost ran into Pulsa, not stopping to apologize I kept my pace and continued running. Pulsa would understand probably as to why I didn't stop. It took me a good few minutes to get to the Union room and upon entering I heard Chief Glare and Ophanimon talking to somebody. It turned out to be Chief Julia, Chaos Gallantmon, and Sayo.

I stopped to catch my breath before looking up at everyone.

Chief Julia was wearing her usual clothes; her light lavender hair tied into a pony tail and the cresent moon hairpin was on the left side of her hair. She was wearing her white jacket and the black shirt and skirt was under it. Along with that she wore her usual white boots. Yep, same outfit as always.

Sayo however wore a well used black leather jacket, a purple tank top under it as well as a black pleated skirt. Her digivice was around her neck in its usual place. She had foregone the hate with cat ears a while back, something about her being too old for things like that.

All converation has stopped as soon as I appeared on the warp pad. Chief Julia stopped in mid-sentence and just said hello, so did Chief Glare, Ophanimon, and Chaos Gallantmon but Sayo just looked my way and nodded.

Sayo was always kind of quiet and not much that came out of her mouth wasn't sarcastic or snarky. But she normally means the snark in a loving manner.

Sayo and I have become great friends over the time I've known her, we talk more often now than we did a while back. She even stops by and visits on her freetime. I've known Sayo for about two or three years now and its been about two and a half years since we've defeated ExoGrimmon.

The Chiefs started up their conversation again and I stopped to listen for anything important. Or anything that could pertain to the quest I was asked to take on. I tried my best to listen, really I did, but it was just kind of boring to me, they talked for what felt like eternity until Sayo interupted and asked to continue with the meeting that had been called.

God, really now! How late can Koh be?

Really, we have all been waiting on him for 25 minutes! Chief Juila and Glare started chatting about various things of little interest to me. I'm getting pretty irritated with him right about now. Three years later and he still can't make it to scheduled meetings on time.

I was just about to suggest going ahead with this meeting without Koh. But just then he arrives on the warp pad.

I sighed quietly.

Just his luck that his ass has just barely been saved. And don't get me wrong, it's not the Chiefs that have low tolerances for tardiness.

It's me.

Koh waltzes in, out of breath. Probably ran the entire way here. The Chiefs and the digimon all greet him and I myself just looked at him and nodded acknowledging his presence.

Koh wore a red shirt, a black vest and dark navy jeans. He, like me, hung his digivice around his neck. The goggles were the only thing that he no longer wore. They broke a year and I guess he just never felt the need to replace them. Not that it really matters, besides he looks much more his age without them.

I've known Koh for a couple years now and he hasn't changed a signal, tiny bit. Well other than the fact that he is now a good bit taller than me. But, he is still the same old Koh. Especially if it concerned old habits. I suppose he is one of those people that never really change, they just get older.

After we all said our little greetings to Koh Chief Julia and Glare started to blab on about something, I wasn't really listening to them but rather wondering why the hell I was here if they were just going to talk. So after a little while I started to get very irritated with them and I interuped them and said as calmly as I could that we should start the meeting and discuss the quest that we were assigned.

Chief Julia and Glare stopped talking and they agreed that we should begin the meeting.

A/N: So how do you guys like the first chapter? Again this is my first story so any reviews will be very much appreciated very much so I can improve my writing.
