Tai stands silently, tears welling in his eyes as he watches the blonde turn his back and walk away. Wiping them away, he turns to the group, and tries to pretend nothing is wrong.

He appears out of the shadows, like an angel. His azure eyes meet with Tai's brown ones. For a brief instant, it seems as if Matt was going to say something, come back to him. And then he was gone again.
