A drabble I wrote and posted on my livejournal a couple of years ago but never shared outside of it.
Explanation
Q class stood as the teacher left the classroom. Rather quickly, Kazuma, Ryu, and Megu left the room. Kyu was nursing another bump on the head (courtesy of Megu) and Kinta was working out the kinks in his neck that he always got when Hongo-sensei taught the class.
Out of the blue, Kyu innocently asked him, "What's a threesome?"
Kinta face-faulted. He looked around the room nervously and was grateful to discover that every else had left, especially Kazuma. He was not sure which would embarrass him more, having to explain threesomes to Kazuma and Kyu or the fact that Kazuma might already know what they were.
"Umm," he started off, "They happen when three people like each other. Ah, um, sometimes it is two girls liking one guy, sometimes it is two guys liking one girl, and the person liking both of them back." He muttered and looked away, "Of course, it doesn't have to be a mix of guys and girls. It can be just guys or girls."
"Really?" Kyu said. A contemplative look passed over his face, "That is what I thought. But I still don't understand something."
What's there not to understand?! Kinta thought as he picked himself off the floor. "What would that be?"
"Then, why did that person from Class B ask if I was in a threesome with Ryu and Megu?"
