Hi this is a short on how it was for Isadora and Duncan trapped in the cell in the elevator. I hope you like it.

The Cruel Count: His even MORE malicious side

"Duncan. Duncan! Duncan waked up." Isdaora fiercely shook her brother to get him awake.

"Wh-What? Where-" He stuttered random words. Duncan almost got to the point of forming a sentence when he got cut off by none other than his sister.

"we're in Dark Town, at the bottom of a fake elevator." Isadora answered the unasked question that was bound to form in her brother's mouth.

"Oh thanks" Duncan said while trying to get the sleep out of his eyes. "Where's-" He got caught off yet again.

"Count Olaf told me while you were asleep." She answered the question eerily.

"Oh… Is there anything else he told us that might be useful to record?" Duncan asked trying to get as much information as possible even in the troublesome times. After all that is what a journalist's job is and at that moment it was the most important thing to do.

Isadora just looked at him with a haunted look "…No" she answered softly and hesitantly after awhile.

Duncan didn't know why his triplet was acting like this, but being the brother that he is, he decided to let her be think and sort out her emotions from afar …or at least… as far as you could possibly go in a cramped cage.

Isadora sat on her side of the cell with a grim look on her face while she got it back together. Actually she sat like that for hours while trying to comfort herself for worse things to come. After continuing to not move even her gaze, Duncan decided that enough was enough. Sure it's important to give your sibling space but just sitting there while a loved one was being tormented with there own thoughts is excruciating to do nothing about. He scooted closer to his sister while trying not to bump into things at the bottom of the dark pit. Sometimes people know what's comforting to them. Duncan knew that in Isadora's case rubbing circles on her back was the most comforting thing you could do for her. He rubbed circles on her back while she was sitting down. Not to long after he could feel a head on his shoulder. Eventually he too joined his sister in a deep sleep.

Isadora was awoken in the middle of the night by a constant tapping sound. She could see Count Olaf as a shadow and could hear a faint laughing sound a few feet away.

"Isadora…" Olaf said as coaxingly as possible. "Another day has gone by that I'm not permitted to strike those midget Baudelaires. You know what that means…"

"Yes" Isadora replied while lowering her head in forced respect. "Just don't drag my brother into this." she said softly to not wake her brother.

"Fine" Olaf stated in a monotone voice. Isadora got up and out of the cell as Olaf unlocked it. As soon as she was out hand cuffs were snapped on her to ensure that she couldn't escape.

Olaf dragged her forcefully through a trap door. As both of them were going down you could hear Isadora say, "I hope you always remain safe my brother…"

What do you think? Tell me if you like it then maybe I'll add another chapter.
