Sunset
It was the day before she left New York for England, perhaps forever. She knew with a vague sense of finality that things were going to change when she went to England especially after never even venturing past New York willingly.
This time she was willing though.
Nate was there, across the large mass of water.
She was venturing out into the unknown, the mysterious entity that called itself England. She was unsure of leaving the place she was familiar with and had lived for almost her entire life.
She trusted Nate though.
As she stood facing the last dying rays of the sun, she knew.
Nothing would be as it was before. Tomorrow would be the end of one day, one period in her life.
England was going to be the new sun rise in her life, despite the fact that she heard it rained a lot there.
